Initial Snapshot is ~15 minutes alone. Full Coach Diagnostic runs with an SOE coach. Monthly Pulse re-scores last constraint gear + money gauges only. I Don't Know is always allowed. Missing numbers become find-it homework. Customer share and coach magic links stay separate on purpose.
